SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are shipped straight from Toronto (and in case you were wondering, yes, I only listen to Drake while packing your merch). I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, using as little packaging to keep your goods.. good.
Free Shipping (Standard Lettermail - NO TRACKING)

All orders include free shipping via Lettermail (USA = USPS, Canada = Canada Post)

Lettermail is untracked and typically takes 3-6 business days within Canada and the USA, sometimes even up to 10!

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions (eg. snow, fires etc)

No tracking numbers are provided with standard lettermail shipping - I’ve had a good experience with lettermail in the past and very rarely do packages get lost (but it does happen every now and then)
Tracked Shipping Option

Tracked shipping is available for an additional fee of $16CAD for USA and $30 for Canada at checkout (I am aware this is a CRAZY cost to send a card, but it’s the exact amount I pay for tracked shipping from Canada)

Typically arrives within 2-5 business days
Lost Package Policy

For untracked lettermail, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery before reporting non-receipt (sometimes they’re not lost, just late)

We will offer a one-time replacement (you can choose the same greeting card design or any other from my shop - in case the occasion has passed) OR 50% refund. I will also send you the digital/printable version of the card for FREE, so you can print it out at home

Full refund or replacement if tracking shows package was not delivered
Incorrect Address Policy

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, simply message me with the correct address and I'll update it at no charge

If the package has already been shipped to an incorrect address (provided by customer), a $4CAD re-packaging fee will apply to cover materials and shipping costs for resending
